Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in unused and undamaged condition
  • The product must not have been opened or used
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date
  • The product must be in its original packaging whenever possible
  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the buyer are NOT eligible for return

Return Window

Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds. The 30-day period begins on the date the customer receives the product.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  • Ship the item back to us in its original packaging if possible
  • Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation
  • Include a note with your return authorization number and reason for return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to protect yourself. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
  • After the refund is approved and processed, please allow 3-5 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
  • Once a refund is processed, we cannot cancel or modify it

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that show signs of use or wear
  • Items that have been damaged by the buyer or due to misuse
  • Products that have been opened or used after delivery
  • Items damaged during return shipping (we recommend using tracked shipping)
  • Clearance or final sale items (if clearly marked)

Special Circumstances

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@dmsproducts.com within 30 days of purchase. Include photos of the defect, and we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong Item

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 30 days. We will send you the correct item at no additional cost and arrange for pickup of the incorrect item.

Refunds on Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or at discounted prices are eligible for return within the 30-day return window. However, the refund will be issued at the discounted price paid, not the original price.

No Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, you may return your current item (if eligible) and place a new order.
