Automated Fork Dump Mechanism: Your operator can automatically dump the contents from inside the forklift cab. By pushing the front bumper plate against a disposal bin, the unit tip will unlock, spill the contents, and auto-lock back up right.

About Material & Finish
Immerse our bare steel hoppers in 840°F molten zinc. While submersed in the zinc, a metallurgical bond is formed. During this process, the zinc is bonded with the iron molecules within the steel hopper. When scraped with a utensil that would remove common coatings, this galvanized steel hopper still has the coating completely intact, thereby preventing Rust.
The zinc barrier will corrode at a rate of less than 1 micron a year, meaning a galvanized industrial container will last you between 20-50 years! This is why our galvanized self-dumping hopper is excellent for wet CNC chip containment, chemical plants, and outdoor scrap yards.
